My card Is lost or stolen

If your Card is lost or stolen, you must freeze it as soon as possible via your mobile app.

You can also replace your Card in the same section of the app. In some instances, you may be charged a small fee of £5 for a replacement Card, so it’s important that you keep your Card safe.
