You can link up to two bank accounts to your Card. You can add a personal bank account as well as a joint bank account; however only one bank account can be ‘active’ at any time. The ‘active’ bank account is the one we will debit when you spend on your Card; you can choose which bank account your transactions will be debited from.
To add another bank account, you simply open the app or login to the dashboard, click on account, then linked bank, and click new bank account. You’re then given the option to connect with a new account and you simply follow the same steps you did when you first signed up.
Once your second bank account is connected you can choose which account you would like as your ‘active account’. Your active account is the bank account that payments will be debited from. You can change your active account at any time, but once a transaction has been made it will be debited from the account that was set as active at the time of payment.
When you add a second bank account, the link to the first one will be paused until you decide to reactivate or remove it. You can only switch between the two linked accounts by logging in via the mobile app.
