Transactions you make using your Card are protected by the Mastercard™ Chargeback scheme. This may help you reclaim funds if:
- your goods do not arrive
- your goods arrive damaged
- your goods are different from how they were described
- the merchant has ceased trading

When you get in touch, at the very least, please make sure you have the following evidence handy:
- Evidence of the initial purchase made with Card (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction details from your app)
- Evidence that you did not receive the goods/service or that the goods/service were damaged or not as described
- Evidence that you've contacted the merchant directly to attempt to resolve the issues first
Our team will advise you if they need additional evidence. Without relevant supporting evidence, we may not be able to raise a Chargeback for you.
